Refund & Credits Policy

Balance vs. Bonus Credit

Your account holds two separate things, and they are treated differently:

• Balance — money you add to your account. Your unused balance is refundable. Once it is spent on website changes or AI usage, those funds are not refundable.
• Bonus credit — promotional credit we add (for example, $20 when you load $100 or more). Bonus credit has no cash value, is not refundable, and is forfeited in full if you request a refund or your payment is disputed.

How spending works

When you use the service, your purchased Balance is spent first, and any bonus credit is spent last. This means your refundable balance is always used before promotional credit.

Requesting a refund

• Refunds are limited to your unused balance at the time of the request.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method and are limited to your most recent payment.
• Any bonus credit on your account is forfeited in full when a refund is issued.
• Funds already spent on website changes or AI usage are not refundable.

Chargebacks & abuse

Disputing a charge with your bank after using your balance, or repeated refund or chargeback activity, may result in suspension of your account. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at hello@weblaunchacademy.com — we're happy to help.
