A typical change costs a dollar or two, and most owners touch a live site a few times a year, so a small top-up lasts a long time.

Refunds and inactive accounts

Accounts with no token activity for 12 months are archived automatically. Reactivation is $10, which converts directly to token credits. We'll always email you before archiving.

Does my site qualify for Mission Control?
If your site is deployed on Vercel with a GitHub repo you own, it qualifies. Mission Control connects to GitHub and reads your Vercel environment variables to auto-detect your stack. Sites hosted entirely on Squarespace, Wix, or Webflow's platform don't qualify, Claude Code needs a real codebase to work with.
On a different host? Other hosting services, like Netlify, are coming soon. Email hello@weblaunchacademy.com with your specific host and I'll personally make it a priority that fits your timeline. And if you work with a developer, let them know you're using Mission Control, it works alongside them, not instead of them.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. Describe what you want in plain English and Mission Control handles the code. Everything it does is visible in your GitHub repo if you ever want to look under the hood.
Do I need a Claude or Anthropic subscription?
No. Mission Control bundles Claude Code access into your token credits. No separate Claude account, no extensions, no keeping up with installations. Sign in with GitHub and go.
What happens to my site if I stop using Mission Control?
Nothing. Your site keeps running exactly as-is. Your code is in GitHub. Your site is on Vercel. Your database is in Supabase. Mission Control is just the interface, walk away any time and everything stays live.
Is it safe? Can a bad change break my site?
Every change goes through a Vercel preview deployment first, you see the real change on your actual site before it touches production. You approve it, then it ships. Roll back any change from your GitHub history at any time.
How much do changes actually cost in practice?
A typical change, updating hours or pricing copy, adding a new section, wiring a contact form, uses a dollar or two from your balance; a big job like a whole new page, a few dollars. New sites get tinkered with for a few weeks, and after that most owners change theirs a few times a year, only when they actually want something. Top up any amount; $0 in months you don't touch it, no required monthly fee, no idle subscriptions.
What happens if I don't use Mission Control for a long time?
Accounts with no token activity for 12 months are automatically archived, your site keeps running perfectly, but your portal access is paused. Reactivation costs $10, which converts directly into token credits so it never feels like a dead fee. You pay to wake up and immediately have something to spend. We'll send you an email heads-up before your account is archived so it's never a surprise.
